i was wondering for people that didnt preorder will best buy and circuit city and stores like that have lines to wait for the psp on march 24 or can you only preorder from those stores..

i preordered a psp in jan and they said it would be 149.99 and that is it, but i know now that there jackasses and its more so how much is it excaclty at the cheapest??
