Packet headers from playing around with the PSP

Below are the packet headers from when I was messing with my PSP just now. Started off with an update check, then messed around pinging, FTP attempt, and TELNET attempts to port 21. Then ran the network test utility on the PSP and tried to TELNET to port 21 again. You'll see where the PSP hiccups at...

I would just like to point out that I receive the same resposes as above, when I try the same with my pc's ip address or the ip address of my router (port 21 is not open).
