No need for anymore help, thanks for all that you've given so far... The solution was quite elementary actually, and I feel kinda silly for not realizing it. I have the file extensions hidden on my computer. So the reason that the app didn't detect the bmp's because my computer saved them as 05.BMP....

I have images from the Final Fantasy collection from this guys tutorial (that didn't help me much).
Like I said I have them in the ROOT directory. Not MP_ROOT, or PSP or anything like that.
Is there a PSPersonalize EBOOT? I mean a single one, not this MS1 and MS2 nonsense.

PSPersonalize
I have tried ever possible solution available to me from Google and my own methods, but I cannot get it to work. It goes straight to the "finished" screen without asking me if I would like to replace the files. I have tried KXploit-ing both of the EBOOTs in the PSPersonalize packages. Simp...

SNES9X is frustrating me.
I'm just confused about how something with 333mhz of processing power can only run an SNES game at an average of 20fps. Can someone enlighten me if there is a reason why this is, or if am I doing something terribly wrong?

I just bricked my PSP in a noncool way.
I just dropped my freakin' PSP. Aside from being in a fit of rage, I am also sad that there is no hope for me. When I dropped it the UMD door opened and ejected the game and my baby slid about 2.5 feet in front of me. Upon inspection, there were no scratches. I thought it was fine, I then tried to t...

Well I was just guessing because I had already put movies and didn't want to erase them to see the capacity. A brain fart because there are other ways to see the capacity... (stupid noob...) Anyway my guess was off, by about... alot. 949.7mb is the capacity of my card. Which sucks cause I get stiffe...

A question about the memory stick duos?
I received my 1gb memory stick today, and though I noticed this a long time ago I finally got around to asking about it. It says it holds a gig of info, though on my computer and the PSP, it says 980mb or so available. Even though I format it and what not it still doesn't say 1gb available. Same thi...

Okay, I just nearly threw my PSP at the wall. Remember on the first post of this thread I said that the screen turns black and I can't do a damn thing when I play a movie? Well I thought that using ffmpeg would address that problem. I just finished transcoding a movie with it and the same thing happ...

That's what I read on another forum but it didn't work. I tried to make a .thm for Napoleon Dynamite. I opened the original picture in Photoshop CS, made the thing 160x120, saved it as a jpeg, renamed it with the matching name as the movie, changed the extension to .thm, placed it in MP_ROOT>100MNV0...

A few questions about putting videos onto the PSP.
When I first got a memory stick big enough to put movies on the first thing I did was try to put a two hour long movie onto it. I was using my Mac so using PSPVideo9 was out of the question. So I figured that using Quicktime Pro to export the movie in the MPEG4 format would work. However, after expo...
