I heard there was a firefox browser being developed for smart phones. My guess is if some one can get his hands on that one with a little modification it will work with the psp.

I tried that on the japenese version and got the same result, a copy of the video setting. I Hope that means there is another hidden menu somewhere that let us reset the firmware .

can some one test and see if you can down grade from a 1.51 to a 1.5 since we have both of those updates on our hands if it works then we can work on the 1.0 fimeware. If it doesn't than we have to look for another way.

I don't see how this emulater is boosting piracy. the only thing it's boosting is homebrew dev. Before this emulater you had to have a psp 1.0 now you don't you can write a program test it and make sure it's working without any trouble. I also don't think this emul will allow you play psp games reme...

I think those pins won't be so hard to find. After all sony don't want to open the psp and look around for the pins just to reflash it.

as I recall both the psp and the ipod ( or any other hd mp3 player) goes into something similar to a locked mode where you can't do anything. So that in mind how are you going to transfer the files?

sounds good but I don't want to carry my ipod and my psp every where. It would be great if it was wirless becasue I can't hold both at the same time. Mobility is the keyword here.

wouldn't be great if we figure out how to degrade to 1.0. My guess is if we get access to the debug menu (which seems impossible to find) then maybe we can restore orignal firmware.
