Great work :)
I will have to get with you in the near future about updating the hardware section. I have a few cad drawings that could help fill out that part of the document.

Though those points are quite interesting and very numerous it wouldnt make much sence for sony to produce a board with all these extra points due to the slightly increased cost of production which when producing the volume of boards that they are would eventually add up, however it is hard to tell ...

Further investigation of these test points I discovered that there are infact 8 points yet numbered 1 right 10 to left. They are quite strange there is a tab off this dboard that apears to be used to hold the dboard in place in psp yet intentionaly placed over a point of access. Quite strange. There...

Holly PSP's batman! Well we will get a better look once I get that dboard from dot and I can take some more sexy photos. But it is interesting that those points are there and they are far larger points than those on the main board witch beggs the question what the hell are they there for? With my ha...

On a more serious note: Are there any other chips you would like removed and photographed? The board is far ...

Those pads from what I can tell dont directly connect to nand but could be jtag. I once talked to a guy who formerly worked for sony on a production line who claimed that the boards were flashed un powered out side of psp through a 7 point jtag that was on the top of the board (under lcd not side wi...

If you're just looking at strings you won't find much. I would think that the updater is the best place to look to understand the updater... What I meant was what should I be looking at in the updater. Just use the prxdecrypt sample in the PSPSDK repo to decrypt PRXes. I checked that out I will see...

I thought about that but my thought is that it may be looking for the location on the stick of the file. But once I get my new motherboard I will do some tests and if I can get the PSP to recognize a homebrew app after replacing it on that card then I may attempt that. But if you read my previos thr...
