Yeah, the JP Camera works on the US PSP, But a US form of the PSP Camera hasn't come out, so SCEA hasn't localized it yet, or isn't going to support it for us.

GIF and MJPEG in the browser, but not XMB/Photos, IIRC.
There was a major update to support the Camera, which has yet to see the light of day in America. So what I guess/deduce is that unless we get a NTSC form of the Camera/Offical Support from SCEA, No Skype/VideoConfenceing.

Wasn't there supposed to be an update with VoIP and MJPEG Capability?
