I went and grabbed the data.pspdat file off the official site myself, and I opened it up (just change .pspdat to .zip).
PSP/SAVEDATA/UCUS98612DGAMMAPACK1/pi.wad is listed as being 3,552 KB in size.
AFAICT 3637248 is the real size. I'm not sure where the differnce comes from.
