I was wondering where i could find the latest binary of the PSPSDK because i am using and old version that doesnt work with a certain piece of code and need to update. I need the binary because i dont use cygwin i use make.exe. The win32 installer is an outdated version.

Hmz.. i was looking at the second post in this thread: http://forums.ps2dev.org/viewtopic.php?t=2422 and it mentions nothing of cygwin...but when i type make...nothing

wait is there a way to do it WITHOUT cygwin? like with just BATs?

oh ok...i didnt have cygwin installed...that would explain a lot :P

Ok, im REALLY sorry for this next comment because my n00b meter blew up...i thought cygwin was a set of DLLs??? if not, how do i access cygwin from a BAT?

Hi. Ive had prior experience in VB and some basic C++. I just downloaded the PSPSDK and installed it and everything. I was thinking after that app that allowed you to telnet to your psp and type text into it that...the PSP would make an EXCELLENT LCD display for system stats and the like...you know the ones that people buy and put in drive bays and stuff? This would be tons better! Just an idea though...i wonder i...

At this site they talk about how they downgraded their 1.50 psp to 1.0. Has anybody tried this method and does it work?

Please don't flame me as i am a n00b and don't really know how this stuff works but...Supposedly apps that must upade to new fw can embed the firmware into the app...so we could take the mustupdate program and embed a modified updater in there to possibly run unsigned code...just an idea!
