Sorry for the OT, but do you know if someone is going to think about a BT GPS connection? (via a mod of the audio BT dongle)

I'm starting surfing the net searching for some ideas (HW). If someone can help me with the drivers .... Thanks

Far be it from me to discourage you from trying to develop a new way to connect a PSPS to the outside world, but I think your best bet is to pack a small wireless router in your luggage. OK! Received. The third option is to create a custom PSP-to-ethernet converter, possibly using the COM port on t...

Yes ... of course!
But I won't carry this and that. I was thinking to avoid too much stuff ... not a laptop nor a PDA, only the PSP with at least a "ethernet card" or something like that. Any suggestions to develop a LAN card? There are some serial to ethernet adapter ....

Re: IR Question

Well, for SIRCS don't you have to convert the signal to HEX, then switch numbers, then do more confusing stuff? I think it is a general sistem to obtain IR codes from any remote controller. Can you post me the drawings of your rs 232 interface? I'll try to develop a serial keyboard, too. Thanks.

So, do you mean that you can connect a serial keyboard to the PSP, right? What about the drivers? I'm very curious!

What is a "mod"? It's a modify, something that made one thing different from the original intent of the producer. It expands the capabilities of your gadget. What I mean is that the "harware side" of the PSP is still a mistery and only fews know its secrets. I would like to have...

OK guys, maybe I'm wrong (in that case, please, tell me that) but few days ago someone release a mod that connect a GPS receiver to the PSP, non later than a month ago, someone explain how to create a home-made headset (mic + headphones). Do you imagine how many applications are possible? Don't read...

Hardware discussion

Do you think it's time to have an organized "hardware discussion board"?
A place where we can read about HW mods?
