I sort of dont under stand all this PC talk i just wanna get the tools on 2 my ps2!

How do i get the stuff from this site on to my ps2?
Do i use USB Or do i put My HDD in the PC and transfer the files on it then put the hdd bak in my ps2 or what other ways r ther?
