Yes, kernel is 3.10 and i'm internetting normally on my PSP, so XMB connection works. That sounds the same as my setup. WPA on 3.10 Are you sure you're using the OE version of pmpvlc? What color is the XMB icon background before you launch it? And you are running it from 3.10 kernel, not 1.50 kernel?

This OE version only supports AVC hardware decoding, or can i also view TV from VLC 0.8.6 ? Don't know what you mean for sure ... The settings are for the sout in VLC, replacing the one you used. If you cut and paste it literally it won't work. Just use the transcode settings.

Check out the VLC manual/docs on their site if you get lost
