I don't understand how it will bypass MAC filtering of your Neighbour's router as the readme says would be possible (in theory of course). Unless it is specific MACs filtered out by the router, rather than only certain MACs allowed. Otherwise it's an very long bruit force to stumble a correct MAC i...
