If you need to ask then it's really no use to you.

Yea i probably dont but i just want it and i asked for information about it not for information on if i should have it or not so if you dont have any real advice for me then please dont offer your opinion
Pete

Sony licenses their dev units, they do not sell them. Legally they cannot be sold which means one way or another you could not have obtained this legally and are in possession of stolen goods. Perhaps you should check the rules, we don't allow this kind of crap here.

If you have a problem with my "opinion" or the "opinion" of any other administrator on these forums about the discussion of illegaly obtained Sony hardware, then feel free to send me a PM so I can ignore it later.

Thread locked.
First of all i dont like been given he name of a thief as this ps2 is totaly legal it was given to me by a Friend that works in a large games company as i was looking for a ps2 to play my jap games and the ps2 belonged to him the main reason it was given to mne was bcause it was an obsolete ps2 as most new ps2 dev software does not support its model No. so its no use to him.
Pete
Ps. Thanks for locking the thread before i could defend myself and if i have a problem ill post it publically so all members of the community can see that i have a problem, and you are the problem with the computer industry its full of arrogent twats like you who have an opinion on everything but knows fuck all

He cannot give it to you. If he were reported to Sony the company could lose it's license to develope for PS2 (more likely all Sony products) and could even be fined a rather large sum of money on top of that.

I did not call you a thief I said those PS2s cannot be legally obtained. Either intentionally or unintentially. If I was trying to insult you I promise I could have done a much better job.

I really don't care what you think of me so throwing random insults doesn't bother me and I feel no reason to argue since the majority of people here know me and know the truth. It does however clutter these boards and make them a very unfriendly place. So you should be damn lucky if this thread exists longer than it takes for you to read it, and if you continue publicly insulting members of these forums you won't be welcome here very long.

Thread closed. May eventually be deleted.

peterk19: I don't want to know who started beeing a bitch or whatever.

But drakonite is right here. You shouldn't have any legit right to hold licensed material if you are not licensed by sony, nor signed some disclaimer like "non disclosure agreement" or whatever.

Now, feel free to do what you wish, but, as a an advice, I strongly dislike people who reopen a new thread only to answer to a locked thread, whatever the reason is.

Thread unlocked.

When someone has a greivance that he/she doesn't think will be fairly heard by the locking admin, there's really no reason another topic shouldn't be opened for further discussion by all.

Just next time, peterk19, put it into offtopic and be a little more... polite? Kthx.

You're new here and some of our regulars are tired of the same old warez requests. Cut them a little slack until you can get across that this isn't what you're up to and things should go a little smoother.
