MPEG 4, MPEG 1, MPEG 2, on PSP

I am having problems exporting video from Adobe Premiere Elements into either 3GP Converter or PSP Video 9 so that it formats it for my PSP...

Does anyone know the specs of what you need in order to export from Adobe Premiere Elements, what settings should I put it on in order to be able to convert in 3GP or PSP Video 9?

MPEG 2
MPEG 1
WMV

not sure but i've tried a bunch of different ones and it doesn't seem to be working, I mihgt just have to buy image converter from Sony...

have you tried regular mpeg2? have you tried converting vids that weren't done with adobe first? ever worked for you?
what ever the issue is, it's probably to do with the format of your adobe processed vids.
could it also be a lack of codecs installed on your pc?
