Is there any good sites around where I can upload one of my videos and then take the link so I can post it on my website? Or is there any upload site where I can upload more than 30 MB? Thank you.

Probably not the best solution, but http://www.yousendit.com will do the job. Be aware that the link will expire after a period of net being used (I think that's what it was...)
