Breakpoint 05

Post by emoon »

Hi,

As some of you already know i was to attend Breakpoint 05 (which i did)
people there that looked for me didnt find me. Well, the reason
for it was that i was working really hard to get a PS2 demo ready
for the compo.

Last night we (Kalms coding on amiga demo, and me
on ps2demo) we coded about 30h in a row with only some breaks
to get something to eat, we managed to fix the amigademo in time
but not the PS2demo, so this is the reason that i not showed up.

So im really sorry Neov, Nagra, and the rest of #ps2dev people i didnt
meet there.

Well, Here you have some screenshots atleast of what was going
to end up the demo, it was/is nice stuff.

Looks nifty. Any chance of a release or are you going to hold onto it for the next party?

Spiffy looking screenshots. Shame it wasn't ready in time.

I just hope this doesn't turn into another 'trip to r0x0r' ;)

Hello eMoon, I am Peskanov / Capsule, an old friend of Kalms. I have lost his email ages ago, so please pass him my salutations.
I have seen Ocean Machine a few days ago; I made a voxel raytracer 2 years ago and I touch it from time to time, I was quite happy with it. After seeing his routine I am totally destroyed...
I would say his routine is about 10 times faster than mine, and I coded mine in Altivec assembler! What m***********r!! :D

Congratulations to both of you for your work on the bp05, especially to Mikael. Keep the good work!

This does indeed look impressive, does anyone know where, if at all, it can be downloaded?
