Is there a list of emulators that run without any lag?

I was curious if anyone had put together (or knew off-hand) of a list of console emulators that run without any framelag. All I can think of at this point is NESTERJ, but then that's because it's the only emulator I have on my machine. Can anyone add anything else to the list?

The best emulator I know that runs without any lag is CaSTaway. It's awesome.
