Super Mario War - Great port for PS2, but work stopped

Hi PS2DEVers, i just found a great port of Super Mario War(a game for pc), made by EVILO, but the Sound is Bad, and it isn't updated no more, so is great work to be continued by someone.
the ps2 version is at v1.10
and the PC version at 1.7

I don't know ANYTHING about ps2 programing so i can't work on this.
