Problem Uploading Files On Max Drive

hey i have the max drive for ps2. I load the cd goto my user area and then when i try to upload certain files i get an error saying: CANT CONNECT TO THE MAX MEMORY MANAGER. can any1 help me with this problem.

i seen files uploade like the EXPLOIT MADE EASY files on there but when ever i try to upload mine it saus cant connect to server, but if i try to upload any other file wit will work fine it just wont let me up load the exploit
