ps2toolchain building error

I followed the guide for cygwin. everything goes up until it reaches the script 004-gcc-3.2.2-stage2.sh. then it says the there is an error running the script and then stops. is there anything i am doing wrong?

Our crystal ball is hazy, so we'll need to see the actual errors to provide actual help.
