Memory Card Backup

I've been searching for a Homebrew program that would possibly allow me to back up saves from my memory card to my PC and also write them back to the Memcard.

I understand commercial software out there allows this, such as the Action Replay MAX Evo. However I've not had much luck with it nor do I want to spend money on my own copy just to have it fail on me.

So i'm curious if there is a homebrew program out there that will allow me to do such a thing. As well as possibly something to format a memory card, ARMax Has corrupted two memory cards fully to being unuseable.

You could use the ftp server.. not sure where to find it though..
