How to upgrade PS2(7xxxx) without Mchip and don't swept ?

How to upgrade PS2 slim (SCPH 7XXXX) with out modchip, solderless, without using swept cd magic 3,3 and do not broken the warranty seal from SCE ? May I know the software that can upgrade like I need ? thanks....
