ok i have cygwin, i dont undesrtand how to use it, i try to recompile the starts demo, but it seems that it has been written in C+, how do i recompile it with cygwin, any tutorial on how to do something with would really work................

Don't know much about cygwin -- I do everything within Linux, which has a far superior set of development tools, IMHO of course.

There are lots of FAQs and guides at the cygwin site, did you look there before posting? Obviously there's nothing ps2dev specific, but the tools behave the same way (ie use your ps2-ee cross-compiler instead of native gcc, etc.)
