First.
The ipconfig.dat file in the program was not the setting for my network. So I added a new file to the save. When it loads it reads the file then 2 lines later the program reads it cannot find the file and goes to the default settings. How do I change this to that it will read my settings?
Second
As far as the host goes, which program works best? I am looking of rone that can transfer programs and game saves. I would like to use the NA. Isi t possible to use the ps2vfs program for the host and if so how do I get PS2menu to see and use it. I also have ps2client but am not 100% sure how it works.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
PS2Menu 2 Questions
The ipconfig.dat is only for ps2netfs, if you aren't using ps2netfs don't worry about it. I think it actually is in mc0:/sys-conf/ so that it can be used globally by all homebrew and not in the ps2menu save.
Generally, to have host: filesystem in ps2menu you have to run ps2menu through ps2link (or naplink).
ps2menu does not support ps2vfs and I doubt it ever will.
The ps2netfs aware clients can be used on the PC to copy files to/from the PS2 when ps2menu is running and ipconfig.dat is setup, but I haven't really used it so I can't really help you with it.
