How to rip the PSS and the SFD Movies

Guys i need help in how to extract the pss movies and the sfd movies from games i know there is somthing called pss demult...
it dose not work for big files
also can some one help me where can we find the movies on POP:SOT
or metal gear2 or 3
how we can extract them
