can action replay max install ps2 exploit ?

hi folks . all the stores around here have the action replay max
that can do memcard updates via broadband ?
i'm guessing it only lets you grab from their site ?
anyone have one or know better ?
the x-port is only available online so do i get the ar-max or order an x-port ?
