im trying to build a cheat device to play around on games i get bored on, I have a gameshark 2 and a burned version of codebreaker v6, I want to try my own cheat device. I found a good site telling me a bunch of commands and stuff like that butI need some quick answers though.

1) should i program it in MIPS or C/C++?

2) Can I make it run hex codes or must it be encrypted?

3) How would I make it boot the cheat cd and apply the changes to the new cd?

I know ive been asking a lot of questions on these forums lately but I really want to get started on a project ill enjoy doing.

0. A burned version of codebreaker 6 ? Please do not warez.
1. Whichever you feel comfortable in.
2. How you have your program handle input is up to you.
3. You boot using an officially licensed PS2/PS1 game disc. What you
do after that, so long as it doesn't involved warezing or anything otherwise
illegal is up to you.
