I have ps2link running on my v7 and ps2exec running on the pc side, I can run the demo elf that came with ps2exec, however when i run nport it runs, ans shows up on the tv, but it doesnt see my saves i want to transfer to my memcard. I have the npo files in the "saves" folder where the nport elf is located. I always get some fopen failed or something. Ans it always looks for /saves/index.
then says that fopen failed.

If anyone has any suggestions to help me get this running it would be great, i also have the ps2ftp up and running, but i cant find a tool that will convert .npo files to the files used acutally by the ps2memcard, so that i can directly upload it to the memcard. So if anyone ahs any suggestions, please help.

ps: inlink, keeps freezing and wont connect.

By my experience the problem is that ps2exec can't relocate host root to the pc working directory. For exeample if the path is absolute (host:/saves/index ) ps2exec tries to find the file in the root of your pc disk. If the path is relative (host:saves/index) then it tries to find the path in the current working directory. This behavior is imho correct but not allways practical. Some sort of command option or switch that could map the current working directory (or any other directory specified) as a host root is a feature I miss in ps2exec.
As for the nport it works with the naplink. Windows client of naplink has the ability to relocate the host root to current working directory.

thanks, so i will try to put the "saves" directory in the root of my hdd and see if that helps

cmd: open C:\Ps2exec_11
[..........]
cmd: close 4295448
cmd: open \saves\index.
FOPEN FAILED

still same thing, and i already tried inlink, and it wont connect

tried pukklink 1.0 and inlink 1.3.2 and inlink keeps freezing when i try to load nport, and it wont connect, also ps2exec.exe wont even connect to the pukklink 1.0.

ANy help getting any congiuration right to run nport, and make it work will be appreciated. ( im using nport beta 1, dont know if there is a newer release or not)

Had the same problem, I think it worked fine once I switched away from ps2exec to pksh.
