there is some way to convert these saves to npo (or another simple convertible format like xpo spc ecc) or at least extract their content?

You should have a look over http://www.ps2savetools.com/ you may find what you're looking for.

i already tried here but i can't find anything for cbs (codebreaker saves), ps2savetools don't support this format, either
