Or better yet, you buy, I pay.

I dont really want to mess with exploits too much, I just want to pop in a disk of my compiled code and have it work. If you could, please make some suggestions for mod chips, and your thoughts on them, I'd really appreciate it. I'll be using the PL-2301 cable and the Independence Exploit in the meantime to load code onto the machine.

TIA

Get a network adapter instead.

Instead of what? A modchip? Or the PL cable? I've thought about that, but the idea is to NOT have to run the exploit all the time. I have no plans on using a modchip for copying games, we get quite a few free ones here at the office, and ones we dont get for free, I have no problem buying. I just thought it would be easier to pop in a CD-RW with a program on it, and let the modchip do the hard work for me.

Maybe I'm wrong here...you guys would know best.

Are you developing ? Burning a CDRW every time to test something is far
more painful then using loaders launched from the MC exploit that
communicate over the network. It really isn:t that hard.

If you aren:t developing, this might not be the best forum for you to get
an answer.

Most of the programs I have in mind are HUGE. As is nearly 300MB of info. The code itself isnt big obviously, but the supporting media (textures, meshes, whatnot) is.
