I am porting a game from PSP to PS2. But the game uses stencil.PSP supports stencil,but PS2 can't. Can I use stencil in PS2? And how?

The PS2 has no hardware support for stencil buffer. Many games solves this by using the alpha channel of the framebuffer as stencil.
