Small Error In Unpack-PBP

Post by Fabre »

When unpacking a PBP with the included Unpack-PBP tool, it outputs 'unknown.png' as 'uknown.png'. A small error, I know, but it is likely to trip people up.

by the way, why does everyone make sure their program calls it unknown.png? For tradition's sake? It's pic1.png.

Never underestimate the power of tradition. That and maybe no one really cared.

But I am just taking a stab, since I don't know what kind of answer you are expecting in return. Are you expecting a serious response, or was that just a snide comment masquerading as a n00b question ?

Meh. When was it figured out it was named pic1.png? I thought that was also a filler name used by some GUI pbp unpackers.

pic1.png is a different picture. You probably mean "pic0.png", which is the name that it logically ought to have, although I don't know if anyone has verified that this is the "real" name. (Just plonking a "pic0.png" into a savegame diectory does not seem to have the desired effect.)
