Getting started

Post by Scorpion »

Hi all,
I've searched for more than 5 days but I didn't find the answer to my question. I would like to write programs for the PSP, I know how to program in C++, but I can't find all the tools I need to get started.

I am using Windows XP. What tools etc. do I need to create programs for the PSP?

MfG, Scorpion!

I'm not sure how this has slipped thru your searches... but it has been mentioned dozens of times.

Sorry, but I don't understand all this stuff in the wiki.
Can you help me by giving some download-links and some little tuts?

How do you not understand what's in there? What part do you not understand? Cygwin? The toolchain?

That programming FAQ in the wiki IS the tutorial...

umm.. there is STEP BY STEP instructions directly on the link provided. If you cannot do those instructions, then you may not be able to handle the programming end of things.

I've read the tutorial a second time, and made all like in the tut. Now when I would to compile some sourcecodes for the psp, which I downloaded form the internet, there are some errors, like bad conversion ...
