ForKernel ForUser?

What's the deal with the *ForKernal and *ForUser libraries? Can you only call kernel functions (*ForKernal) when in kernel mode and user functions (*ForUser) in user mode?

This is one area I'm a bit foggy on, and can't seem to find any definitive information...

yes that's exatly that some function are only for kernel mode and some for user mode

Think of the PSP like this

Boot up: Kernel mode. Logged in as root. Load libraries and other objects into memory.

Logging in:User mode. Logged in as a user. Use libraries to perform operations with objects.
