Please Help me

I know that this is gona make me look stupid but

I have made many games in C for pc's
Well now i want to rewrite them for the psp

Any one willing to either explain the differnces
or possably dirrect me to a good tutoral

Please dont write me off as a noob, but rater help me
and ill port a few of my games

One of which is a aircraft simulation game
And another is a fights simulation

So if you could please help me out

Also what you all use to compile your apps
