What differs between psp1000 and psp2000 development?

Recently, I just bought a new psp2006. I want to modify the code of Bookr(http://sourceforge.net/projects/bookr/) to support pdf reading on my psp, so I want to ask what's the difference between development on old version psp which support the 1.50 version firmware and my new version psp. I just have a glance of the bookr's codes , seems not having the sign of different firmware version. Waiting for somebody's help! Thank u!

Don't wait - read old(er) threads. There's been SEVERAL threads on your question in the last month. Read through at least the first few pages of threads. For example, on the second page is a thread on flac code that shows how to make a simple player for 3.xx on phat and slim.

In fact for bookr you just have to repack the eboot.

Bookr need only BUILD_PRX = 1; and PSP_FW_VERSION = 371
in its makefile to compile ...but you might have to change some
1.5 specific functions to work as 3.71 equivalents ...lazyness rules
the game in the end so have fun ...shouldnt take you more than 4 mins tops. =)
