Improve Mental Arithmetic PSP

How easy would it be to write a homebrew PSP "brain training" game? Maybe something to practice & improve mental arithmetic?

The X, O, [], ^ buttons can be 1, 2, 3, 4. L1, L2 can be 5, 6. LEFT, UP, DOWN, RIGHT can be 7, 8, 9, 0.

it already exist....its name is "mind quiz" if i remember it right... skills required are the same, being graphic and sound the milestones in every realtime media app...

Yeah, I heard of that. But it's payware. Am looking for something really simple for improving 1 digit addition, etc.

Plus, it would be really cool to have an open-source brain training, where the community can contribute with their many logic games ideas.
