Cleaner XL and mp4's

I compress my movies such as Half-Baked in divx format to .mp4 with Discreet's Cleaner XL, but my PSP will not play it?

i can use PSP video 9 after using Cleaner XL to compress it to the resolution and ratio I want in .wmv and PSP Video will convert it to .mp4 but it doesnt fit the size requirements i want, but the PSP will still play it

any ideas? Why one can not use Cleaner XL a professional video compression app?

ok i guess i found the answer, half-way sorta..

the compression while being mp4 still needs the exact right parameters... does anyone know the exact parameters needed, if using your own compression app, in this case Cleaner XL??

not really any information specific to what i need, but has some revelance so thanks :)
