PSP Tool Chain Under WIN32

Hi,
Sorry for being a complete noob, but could somebody help me out installing the PSPToolChain.
I'm running Windows XP but unfortunately it looks like this package http://www.oopo.net/consoledev/files/ps ... 050619.tgz can only be extracted under Linux.

Get cygwin, install make, gcc, and wget. Then go here and follow instructions:

I'll try out those install guides.

BTW do you know what the difference is between the PSPToolChain and the PS2ToolChain that I'm already using for PSP development?
