PMP mod and Video stream?

Hello everyone, and greeting to all the wonderfull and skilled coders :)
I have a question for you, I'm not asking for any program i'm just asking if it is technically possible, using a modified version of PMP mod to stream video directly from PC instead of having them converted. I a VOD server like VLC would implement the PMP encapsulation file, would it be possible to have real-time resizing/encoding/transcoding? Or is it too much complicated?
I'v already posted on another forum and it seems that the idea isn't necessarly new but since the great advancement made with PMP, I was wondering how far can it go, or how far I'm from reality :)

Hello.

PMP indexes all frames in the first part.

So it is not a streamable format.

You would have to use avi instead.
