im sorry if this has probably been covered countless times but i have a few questions, to help a super noob iv had an idea for a program on the psp for a while now and have decided i should try it befor someone else does
1. what do i need to compile programs on the psp.
2. how do i run them on the psp.
3. and which programs do you recommend preferably free 1s
