im sorry if this has probably been covered countless times but i have a few questions, to help a super noob iv had an idea for a program on the psp for a while now and have decided i should try it befor someone else does

1. what do i need to compile programs on the psp.
2. how do i run them on the psp.
3. and which programs do you recommend preferably free 1s

Please use search and read old threads. We aren't here to hold your hand on the basics. You can either do that yourself via search and reading old threads, or you aren't cut out to handle this board. This is a place for DEVELOPERS, not super-noobs.
