Scheme-Browser online

[LuMo]

i added my scheme-browser, which will be included in bomberman (when its done)
there are some steps to be done in the browser
currently it only lists an array (which will be read from ms --> files with selected ending (.sch) )
and puts em into a gui that looks like windows explorer
todo: add the position on the scrollbar (maybe one of you adds this and posts it here, would be really nice)
