I got a crappy netgear 802.11b router at CompUSA for $15 after rebate not too long ago (I only use it for my psp, all pc's in my house are connected to my linux server) so checking out retail stores in your area might be worth a shot too.

Also, you can get a pre-owned psp for $200 from most game stores like EB Games or Gamestop.
