Wordingo update

Here is release 0.3p.3 of Wordingo, a scrabble clone for PSP.

The version 0.3p release suffered from a poor initial loading time. This has been fixed as of version 0.3p.1

This version adds a score summary along with 3 modes of dictionary lookup (none, strict, info)
