Hmm, can someone provide a non-official-SDK-compiled binary known to work with psp with firmware 1.0 ?

to: malloc

just post a snap shot of what you have done so far. that is not illegal. my teacher showed us pictures of his psp before it came out. and it was a breach from his contract.

i'm sure if someone has built one they would have let us know by now. right now i'm guessing people are currently trying to build a homebrew sdk.

malloc : Where do you work? What game are you making with that 3d engine you made?

Its great your trying to help, thanks for it!

Also, out of curiosity... can you make programs such as the divx player you were interested in? If so, is there any way that you could release it without being smited by sony?

According to this http://www.you165.com/2005/1-17/17311637489.html and this http://www.edepot.com/reviews_sony_psp.html

the samsung chip on the right of this photo:
http://pc.watch.impress.co.jp/docs/2004/1212/psp38.jpg

contains the 32megs of ram and also contains 32 megs of flash. So that's where the updates are going and that is what will need to be flashed or modded.

(EDITED BECAUSE LONG LONG URLS ARE TACKY)
