I started this thread which was locked after 3 posts.

I'm not being funny but I was asking about the file structures for a movie UMD and it was closed down wittering on about ripping.
If "MrBrown" had actually read the post in any detail or dropped me a PM then he would understand that nothing in this thread refers or even talks about ripping UMD movies for pirate purposes.
I'm actually trying to look into the possibility of putting my own content onto the PSP without being subjected to the current limitations that the PSP makes by making the maxium resolution
If you are aware the PSP does not allow any resolution over 320x240 to be currently played from a Memory Stick however UMD movies are 480 x 272.
Can anyone tell me what's wrong with posting a question regarding the structure of files for UMD Movies ?
I can't see the difference in wanting to run 'Homebrew movies on a PSP and the correct resolution' compared wit 'Homebrew Apps'.
Am I missing something ?
Cheers,
Austin_Yeahbaby

I can only assume it was locked because a quick look made it seem like it was intended only for the ripping of movies.
I suggested you talk to him in private because it looks like you could easily explain this to him without looking like a child throwing a tantrum in public.
You're certainly welcome to continue perpetuating this image, but it may work against you.

I appreciate the feedback and don't get me wrong this is the last (probably) post I'll mention about this.
I just get get a bit p*ss*d when you post on certain forums where moderators have a go at posters that have not searched or looked at previous posts or go off topic yet lock legitimate threads without the moderator reading the thread or understanding the content.
I'm really can't be bothered sending a PM to a moderator to question why a legit thread was locked, it's just a waste of time.
Sigh
