How does one go about getting write access to the SVN repositories? I want to put up some changes to the scanf functions.
I've pm'ed Oobles about a month ago, and have heard no response.
Should I just wait longer, email my changes to the relevant maintainer, or can someone else give me write access?

Yes, you followed the correct path. Private message or catch me on #ps2dev or #pspdev on IRC freenode servers.
December and Early January are always hectic for me so things get overlooked easily. I've emailed you and we should be able to sort out access soon.
For small changes, most of the time maintainers do commit changes noted on the forums. Keep an eye on recent commiters to the projects you want changes and messaging them is also a good method to get things changed.
Regards,
David. aka Oobles.
