How to compile usbhostfs_pc

I am wondering usbhostfs_pc can be compiled in cygwin env?
Any other SW library is reuqired?

just read the manual included you need extra libusb-win32 drivers and lib ...

I compiled it under Cygwin(windows).
and they works :D
