PMP MOD modded version? Is there any

Is there a version of PMP MOD, that is:
1- 2.02 (latest update)
2- has subtitle mod
3- has a nice gui interface , not like this , but like this--> or something better
4- the zoom function works, the change of the aspect ratio too
5- when you exit from the movie, when you resume it, it will remeber your last position
6- when you press triangle, you will exit immediately and not like now when the psp needs extra 2 seconds to exit
